First up, and most unique thing about this class, is that you're flying. You cannot pick up items from the ground unless you land, but you can ask your teammates to pick them up and give them to you. Don't hesitate to, teamwork is important for this class. A large majority of enemies cannot hurt you while you're flying, but also means you cannot kite. Most objectives will require another person on your team to do them, while you assist. Popular things that can hurt you: anything that flies, spitters, gourmands, grotesques, apiares, hunters, pure hunters, cursed, and more. You should be especially careful near hunters and pure hunters, as their anti-air attack has a big range and hits really hard.

When you're low on hp, you start burning. This makes you lose 1hp/sec and eventually die unless healed. This is where our SI pick comes in: with tough as nails AND adams bio implant, your hp regen and hp loses equal out, so you do not die while burning. You also slowly passively regen otherwise, which is really good as your only other sources are engineers.

Fuel system: you have 400 fuel and slowly drain it whenever you're flying. Fuel drains at an extreme rate if you enable jets ability, so use them only when you need it. Flying without moving does not drain fuel, and fuel also doesn't drain while you're landed. If you're out of fuel, you get a -60% movement speed penalty, essentially guaranteeing death against anything that can hit air, as you will not be able to outrun them. To regain fuel, simply fly to helipads. You will automatically land and regain fuel quickly.

Refueling spots

If you happen to die on unpassable terrain, you respawn at helipad 2 spot. Needless to say, you should try to avoid that, as per that is very far from city and engineers will struggle to revive you there.

Now for what you do in the game: you fly with your team on missions and rocket hordes. I suggest setting your zoom to 80 because heli has huge vision and ignores terrain(except in Balaad, a city on the bottom left). Your weapon is not the strongest out there but still has solid aoe for early game, and you can fire while moving, provided you align yourself properly. The moment you upgrade HE rockets to 4, you should switch to single rockets. That allows you to kill way more hordes. The second SI, whiz kid, is imperative to have because of this: it provides a 30% bonus to the strongest weapon in your arsenal. When rocketing, be careful. Not only can you hurt teammates, but rocketing near them will shake their camera. If they're kiting against problematic enemies, it may be better to not rocket. Same goes for rocketing beyond vision range. Yes, you can hit half a map with your rockets, but you can't guarantee you won't accidentally hit a teammate there.

If you want to maximize your damage output, you can actually upgrade napalm rockets after getting equipment 3, so instead of getting equipment 4 and 5 you jump straight to napalm rockets, and only after them you get equipment 4 and 5. This will make you better against T1s, but it leaves you vulnerable, as you don't get the massive speed boost, and have to rely on jets. Not recommended unless you know what you're doing.

Now, nuke. There is one good use for it, and that is the hive mind. If your chapter 2 is valor, then right after you beat thanatos, you will get the graveyard quest. When the timer on that quest hits 5 minutes, hive mind will spawn. Hive mind will also spawn on chapter 2 killing, but only if you rolled the medevac casualties quest. It is imperative to nuke it asap in this case, as the quest is really hard, and your team does not want hive on them while doing it.

Possible hive mind spots

You have binoculars and satellite, allowing you to instantly find hive mind either with them or by method of elimination. If it spawned on the field, you should nuke it from Thalim. Other 2 spots are tricky. Nuke takes a while to shoot and you can be killed while doing it. It cannot be cancelled once used, but you can land to cancel it(still leaves you very exposed). In order to successfully nuke hive mind in those spots, you should ask for help from the team, so they cover you while you're nuking. Nuke deals 50k damage + the 30% bonus from whiz kid and leaves a radiation aura that quickly deals 200 damage ticks of damage to anything biological in it. That locks down the area for your team for several minutes, but you, along with other mechanical units, is immune. The cooldown for nuke is 1 hour, and likely it won't get to refresh, other than ability cooldown reset on chapter 3.

In chapter 3, you likely do not need to use nuke. But if you do, it needs to be smart. In Love variation, it can be used on friendly tanks, if you see they're about to get overwhelmed. Nuke right at them. They will die, but so will the T1 spam that would kill them regardless. In Citius, Altius, Fortius variation, you probably shouldn't use it. You can only use it if you see the top hill is getting overwhelmed, there is no other option and there are barricades to distract zombies long enough. In this case, it is better to nuke from water where gourmands can't reach you

Your sattelite ability reveals target area for everyone on the team, so you can use it to give your ARs, sdms and other damage dealers vision to shoot. It helps more than you imagine.

Equipment: you don't need vehicle AA. Leave that to walker, tank or robot. You however can benefit well from recoil suppressor and shield greatly. There is also a minigun raptor weapon that boosts your damage by 20%, but that is irrelevant since you get it way too late. You don't need mech energy cells, leave it for other mechanical units. Vehicle weight reduction is also great for you. Nanites are great to have as they can be the difference between life and death. You don't particularly need a lot of ammo, but you do need some, and it's often problematic to pick it up. Make sure to ask your team if you're running low on it.
